I deposit my money for emergency pick up 10 hours after it was not ready for collection Phoned customer service more than 7 times told having technical difficulties and my money will be ready within 10mins and it never happen until I gave up. I don't know how long its gonna take for my money to be validated. It will be great if I will be able to speak to validate team to sort out such problems.
