“incompleat item dinner set missing two tea plates &...”

on the 17th of November 2014 i came in to your st Leonards branch of Dunelm to get 2 dinner sets. when we got them back home we unpacked the sets to find one set that 4 tea plates & 1 cup missing we went back to shop but they had no more in stock. item No 5050210745173
the said they would let us know when they get more in stock.
a week later we went back to shop to find out why we have not had any reply.
they checked again and still no stock,i said phone us by the end of the day but no call. i am going to shop again today to return said item.
i don't think enough is being done to correct the problem.
i have never had any problems like this before.
