There is a fault with my virgin broadband service. I can access my personal email account using my laptop in every wifi hotspot, Starbucks, airport you name it, without any problems - EXCEPT through the virgin broadband in my own house. Therefore, it MUST be a problem with virgin broadband.
Their useless, bored sounding "customer service" people just tell me, in their "couldn't care less" drone that they can't take responsibility for an email address that is not a virgin one. And when I insist that there is nothing wrong with the email address, only my ability to connect to it through THEIR network alone, they just finish up hanging up on me.
I wish I had never heard of virgin media. Can't wait to switch at the end of my contract - probably before, and suffer their penalty rather than suffering their offensive excuse for customer service.
