“Claim settled direct to bank account”

We have recently received payment for a claim using the pay direct to bank account facility.This worked very efficiently and thank you for the detailed breakdown of payments, supplied by email.
Generally the service you provide is very good. My one concern is the ever increasing excess we have to pay now that our pet is considered old. (12 this year). I appreciate that it is likely that a pet will incur more health problems as they age, but one of the reasons we chose Pet Plan was because you guaranteed to support any claims for life.This element of the policy is very important to us as previous insurance did not cover our old pet for certain conditions once he was over ten.
When we took out the policy with you, we did not realize about the increased excess charges once our pet was ten +.
However, on a more positive note, we are very pleased with the service generally and the prompt response to paying claims.
We also like the personal touch in the correspondence,mentioning the pet by name and wishing them well etc.
