After my previous review "Diabolical" I can now say that their follow up has been superb. Not only have I received verbal and written apologies but a full refund of my original fee.

Although this does not cover the additional £70 paid for taxis they would have also paid this if I had thought to get receipts.

A better response then I expected and ensures that we will use them again on our next visit to Egypt
