I ordered some flowers with 21st ballon for my daughters birthday the flowers arrived and were lovely but didnt get the 21st balloon i paid for i tried to call someone but hanging on phone for 10 mins i decided to leave a message for someone to call me back which never happened then i emailed waited 3 days before someone responded saying they would look into it never got any reply i asked afain 4 days later got nothing again so i wrote a lwtter of complaint wanting refund for the balloon that was never delivered i am still awaiting a reply so yes very disapointed with customer service even the delivery driver just left the flowers ob door step didnt even wait fir my daughter to answer the door just wish someone who get back to me
