“Late, unreliable and don't care”

The number 2 bus service between Ashford and Tenterden has to be one of most unreliable in the country. I have missed so many trains and appointments through needing to depend on this service, and infuriatingly, they don't appaer to really care. There is never an apology on late arrival, and on the single occasion I said something after waiting for half an hour in the rain and missing my train, the driver told me he was going to be late home too so he knew all about it. Rally not helpful. How about 'I'm so sorry, we really do try our best and I will take your comments back...' Not a hope...

The reliability data says that stagecoach operates with more than 99% of its buses within 5 minutes of the due time. Looking through the feedback I really struggle to believe it.
