Bought a mechanical keyboard from OCUK which sadly required a return and refund (keyboard didn't meet my requirements). Normally you would have pay return postage for this, however, my issue was rather unusual and wasn't my fault, or theirs. OCUK kindly agreed to pay my return postage costs, of which they didn't have to.
I've been a customer for over ten years now, never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. Free postage if you are a loyal forum member.
And who can argue with free Haribo, too! :)
