Ordered two vip tickets to Christina perri in Manchester. They took the money out straight away. Got to two weeks before concert,no tickets, no vip info? 5 days until I finally got tickets, still no info on my vip so I was confused. Was on hold for 15 mins10p a minute didn't speak to someone. I complained on their twitter and they finally answered by sending th evip info, ONE DAY before the concert. PLEASE JUST DONT BOOK HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSEL! They did eventually help me, then my tickets were duplicates apparently, would nto reccoment ever, stay away, like far away...
