“27% increase in Cost despite 31 years with the AA.”

I have been a member of the AA for over 30 years and the few times I have needed them the service I received was good. However this year they want to increase my annual charge by more than 27% on what I paid last year. I have had no major call outs in the past 12 months so there is no reason for this increase. Typical big company no loyalty to loyal members. The amount they wanted is the same amount that a new customer would have to pay. AA, I would have been with you another 20 years. Hopefully more of you will question your renewal quotes, challenge them they will reduce it for you. Mine went from £170 to over £300 then reduced to £229 when challenged but that was just too much of an increase over last years membership fee that I paid.
