“Horrible!”

I had been to toni and guy today to get my highlights done. firstly I had chosen a colour with the consultant but unfortunately he did not have it recorded with him. Today I had to chose another colour and I chosed a rich chocolate for full hair along with caramel highlight. I asked the consultant if it would come out the same way it was shown on the book and she said yes. when she put the colour and washed my hair, It was the most horrible colour ever. there were no highlights that could be seen and the colour shade turned out to be more like a copper shade. They used a toner to reduce the colour but it wouldn't help at all. I was disappointed as I always thought toni and guy were the best. but now according to me they were the worse and would not want to go there again. I would never recommend a friend to go to toni and guy.
