I order 3 bras on 3rd September and my card was debited for £99. I did get an e-mail saying the goods were out of stock and not expected for a couple of days. I was still waiting 2 months later so contacted them via e-mail to cancel and they replied, telling me my card would be credited with the amount initially paid. Well over one month later and despite 2 phone calls and one e-mail I am still awaiting the refund. One week ago I was assured the refund would be done within 3 days... very frustrating
