“Do Not Use This Company”

I really wish I had seen this site before dealing with The Entertainer.
I ordered a Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar and a Lego Brick Tower, having received a dispatch notification I expected to receive my items. The money was taken out of my account, but no delivery.
After calling, I was told that the delivery company had lost the parcel and a new one would be sent out.
This was followed by an email to say one item was out of stock, but I could collect from store.
Rang back to organise this, to be told that each store I asked about was out of stock. Getting tired, I asked which stores did have stock. Guess what - none did!
Then asked where the second item was - oh we forgot to send that out to you.
Asked them to send it out and told ok, all arranged. Called back to find out where it was was - sorry it's out of stock!

Their only real available product I can discern is disappointment. Do not use them no matter how good the deal may seem, it's really not worth the stress, hassle and disappointment.
