Awful service, waited in all day for a delivery that never came, and this is after paying for Saturday express delivery. Even worse is the total lack of customer care, an infuriating automated helpline is no use or help whatsoever to sort out an issue of their making, especially when the online tracking system is not updated either. Shocking service, do yourself a favour and swerve them.
