“worst experience ever ”

I had ordered fruit punch cake for my husband's birthday for midnight delivery. Fruit punch was rated among the most popular cake in flower aura..and I spent about 1200 for the cake alone. This cake was a big flop and it spoiled my celebration mood completely. I opened the cake box and was surprised to see that there was no birthday message on the cake nor was the cake in its shape. The delivery guys did not handle it properly. The syrup used in the cake was overflowing and the complete box was moist. The carry bag in which the cake box was brought was very dirty and was a used bag. Please note that they charged Rs 350 extra for midnight delivery.. I can still accept such poor quality delivery if the charges were free. Flower aura guys do not even give complementary candles or a plastic knife along.with the cake. The cake I ordered was a 1kg cake but I found 1/2 kg whipping cream itself on the cake:D. Quantity was terrible.. I still wonder if it really was 1kg cake that they delivered. Worst ever quality,quantity and service. I may never order cake online in my lifetime especially from flower aura. only positive thing is that the delivery was on time but it really does not matter if you are not satisfied with the product. Overall I spent about 1500 including delivery charges...I would have instead gone to a pastry outlet and got a nice pastry for less than half of what I spent at flower aura.
