“Shocking Customer Service & Misleading Information ”

Absolutely shocking experience! I ordered flowers to be delivered next day to a funeral that we were unable to attend. Booking order processed smoothly and two confirmation emails confirmed delivery.

The following day (day of the funeral) we received a phone call to explain that we'd missed a 'cut off' on the order therefore the flowers would not be delivered on schedule but would arrive a day later. I expressed my disappointment and confusion, there has been no mention of a cut off for next day delivery.

I called to talk to the assistant manager when I returned home to be confronted with an extremely rude individual who stunned me with her contempt during such an emotional situation; not only were the flowers for a funeral but I am heavily pregnant and therefore emotional.

I've since had email communications with the director but I feel like I'm getting no where. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
