Bought a triton shower in the week and had plumber fitting it on the weekend. One of the internal parts leaked, not a part the plumber was connecting. Took the shower back to pontprennau b&q I was told by the duty manager that it was the policy to call out triton to faulty showers. I pointed out it was unfit for purpose but all he would say was "not their policy to change showers".
Took the shower to a different b&q who had better trained staff not just a jobsworth and exchanged the shower for a working one.
