i got badly treated in the Hull UK shop. i rang them all day fri 21 nov 2015 no answer. rang again sat 22nd ,no answer. rang 150 got cut off,could nt understand them, they could nt understand me. spent sun 2nd PM techs on FB EE site. they kept saying click on links. nothing worked. on mon.someone on 150 told me the online accounts were down. thought my a/c had been hacked into.
paid for a taxi into town as i am not well enough to get a bus. i asked in the shop why they weren t answering the phone, manager said they had lost it-not professional.
i asked if he could help me -he said no. gave me an old clamshel that was ringing 150. i could nt hear on it,it was a bad line and there was music playing in the shop.i got cut off.
EE don t care about their customers. i am leaving as soon as possible feb 2015 or i may leave early for a £20 extra fee.
i was with TMobile for about 14 years since day 1. never expected to be treated like this.EE should be fined and kicked out of the UK>
