My initial contact to enquire about a registration mark was by telephone. The received response was so friendly and full of confidence that it left me with no worries about making a purchase and going ahead with the transfer using the fully managed service.
What would happen next and the subsequent stages was outlined very clearly and, what's more, it actually happened JUST like that!
At no time during the process was I anxious about what was happening; communication from Primo was excellent.
