“Awful ”

We are still waiting for our sofa we ordered and paid in full for.
It has been over the "recommended" 10 weeks and still no sofa in sight. There was a problem with the company supplying the material, so why when i called after 5 weeks to check progress did no one bother to mention this. Complete lack of communication from anyone. We thought we would order it before the big rush at Christmas. Its a wonder they still have the "order now, get it by Christmas" ads on TV.
