I wish I had read the reviews before I had switched to them, the service is terrible, every time I phone I'm on hold for 10 minutes before getting to speak to someone then am put on hold again while "they look into the account" or "speak to their supervisor for help"! They can't see my line??? And my download speed is ridiculous. Currently considering just paying the termination fee just to be rid of them!
