Bad experience with this company, partly their couriers fault as well as theirs.
Gift never arrived. Courier never left a card when they tried to deliver first time. GLT said they'd rearrange delivery, but they didn't. So I asked for refund. Refund never happened so had to phone to remind them. Eventually got a refund 3 weeks later but no refund for postage. Still chasing them about this.
