“bad service”

Purchased an item on line..when arrived it was too big so yuck it back to a store for money back...lady told me refund would go back on my credit card...all was fine until few days into checking my statement..she only refunded me 3.95 which was the postage charge...I rang customer service was told they would contact the store n would ring me back...this never happened...rang back again was told money takes 10 to 14 days to show,which I found blizzar i.rang back again to be told I am not getting a refund but a voucher which will be issued online...due to me asking for this when I purchased my item...this doesn't make sense...I am unable to get any further n I checked and the voucher is not showing'...I am goin to go back to the shop and hopefully get answers as really poor service all round....certainly won't be shopping at Zara again
