“NO TAKEAWAY and THREE DAYS FOR A REFUND?????”

I ordered and paid for pizza on HungryHouse from PapaJohns. This is no reflection on the restaurant as I never got to find out what the pizza was like because AFTER asking me for my postcode and responding with "showing 5 takeaway restaurants that deliver to you" and then AFTER ACCEPTING MY PAYMENT they announced that the ORDER WAS DECLINED with no explanation. They offered to transfer the order to another restaurant, which I declined. I was then told that I WOULD NOT GET MY REFUND FOR THREE DAYS. When I queried this I was told that there was nothing they could do about it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. PHONE YOUR TAKEAWAY DIRECT. THEY EVEN CHARGED 50p FOR A DEBIT CARD PAYMENT WHICH WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED BY THE RESTAURANT!!!! AMAZED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.!
