“Customer Service Rubbish”

Had a carpet fitted today. Problem with stairs fitting - completely ruined paintwork. Rung SCS told to get carpet fitter to return and fix. Also could feel every carpet gripper on stairs. SCS were supposed to ring us back with answer to carpet fitter returning. Surprise Surprise no phone call.
