“appauling customer service”

I had an awful experience whilst trying to catch the megabus from aberdeen to glasgow on sunday (23/11/14). To cut a long story short my friend and i were publicly shouted at by two members of staff at the bus station, and then not allowed to get on despite the fact it had not left yet. Upon complaining about this we were told by the staff that they "didn't care" and offered no advice about when the next bus available was. As a result i had to spend £35 on a train and forfeit my ticket. It was a very upsetting and infuriating experience. Will never be using megabus again.
