The service was great. Jay kept me informed and was very patient with me as I took a number of days to confirm my booking. Thank you jay. I have recommended fly cheapest to family and friends and will be coming back to jay for my in laws flight tickets in spring.
I really liked how Jay was very polite and called me on the arranged times. The only thing that I was a little unhappy about was that the price had increased by £20 on each ticket at the time of booking.
