My wife and I recently moved and we started to receive double billings from two providers. We choose SparkEnergy, but our old carrier kept billing us. I tried to contact the old carrier and I was told they would get back to me within 5 days! Instead, I was able to talk to Scott (SR)online immediately and he gave me answers straight away, very nice gent. It was very nice to receive helpful, accurate, and friendly service!
