“Best UK online grocer (and I tested a few) - from a foodie”

I have signed up to Ocado smart pass for the last year, and having previously tried Tesco, Asda and Sainbury's I can honestly say they offer the best experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed the quality products (must I add I am French, a foodie and love quality products and wide range of foods from basics to international foods other shops do not offer), as well as the additions of 'Fetch' and Sizzle (great idea). The description on the products is the most extensive as well, including nutritional etc.
The Ocado delivery service has been second to none, always on time (actually usually at the beginning of the slot hour booked), I very rarely had items missing and/or substitutions, unlike other shops mentioned above.
I spoke with their customer service this week also and can now say that is outstanding as well. Service is extremely important to me (I used to work in the sector as well)and they are fast to respond, efficient and very client focused.
Ordering from Ocado has been a pleassure, I always look forward to discovering new products and taste new things (this has brought joy back into grocery shopping!).
It has literally made my life so much easier, as countless times, especially the last few months (with a new job) I was out of time to go to the shops and/or was abroad and could just get online, plan and order in advance my next shopping to be delivered when convenient for me.
Of course I will continue to buy from Ocado.
I believe, after trying a few, that it is the best grocery online shop in the UK and will continue to recommend it.
