I had never sold an old mobile before and was a little sceptical. I settled on Mazuma after looking at reviews of other companies which appeared to promise more than perhaps the customer ended up with. Mazuma on the other hand offered no quibbles and a simple service. All I needed to do was register, pack my phone and post it when the prepaid package arrived. Mazuma e-mailed me when they received my phone and the agreed price was paid directly into my account. The only fly in the ointment was the postage. The instructions sent out by Mazuma suggests that the first of the two postage options are free and that you should ask for a receipt with a tracking number from the post office. The reality is that if you want your parcel tracked you will need to pay for this yourself. That aside an overall good service with which I was impressed.
