“Transfer a nightmare”

We recently booked a holiday with Travel Republic to Morocco and also booked the transfers at the same time. As we were travelling with our 1 year old we made sure after 3 phones calls and an email that a child seat would be provided in our private transfer, which we paid an additional premium for. on arrival it was not there and we were not happy with travelling in Morocco with my daughter on my lap for 45 mins as the driving was a little scary- the rep assured us we would have the child seat on the return. We obviously didn't receive this and to add to this we also had to share the car with another couple on the way who were also picked up even though we had booked a private transfer. Travel Republic responded after 2 weeks with a weak apology and my £10 back - not happy at all with them - don't seem to care abut complaints at all or their customers at all.
