“Fantastic service but far away”

Hiring a car with Easirent was fast and simple, with the paperwork taking about 5 minutes to complete. The guys in the office were cheerful and very helpful with any questions.
The only downside to the rental, was that the office was about a 15 minute bus ride away from the airport. Being based in the long stay carpark, made things very difficult with a lot of luggage and a baby. Whilst this isnt necessarily the companies fault, the airline I used to book the rental through should have made this clearer. By the time we had found the bus that took us there, waited 30 minutes for it to arrive, get the paperwork done and drive away, we were nearly 1 1/2 hours after our landing time.
If the company could be based at the airport, it would have made the whole process fantastic.
