I went into Glasgow jessops to buy a camera, the staff were unhelpful and didn't know the canon 550d which is what I was interested in, so I went up the road to jacobs where they were very helpful and would shop with them again, I bought an extra lens when I was there also so as long as the wife doesn't find out, I will be ok.
