Cheap insurance quote, big company so I thought Id be safe choosing them to cover my car.. How wrong I was!
I'm held at fault even though my car was stationary!!! I've just rang the ombudsmen about this & they're now taking it forward against Zurich. For a case which is so open & closed against the 3rd party, I'm lost for words at how blinkered Zurich are being. I've just requested cctv footage from the police today, fingers crossed the camera was pointing in that direction at the time!
Why on earth do I pay for legal cover, if they're not going to bother doing anything at all when I need them!!

Cheap insurance, but don't expect them to do anything at all when you're having to use them...

Value you're no claims bonus? Stay away from these guys then!!
