Easirent lived up to it's name. The whole rental process was indeed easy. Generally, I have not had good experiences with car hire at Heathrow but this was the exception
The car was excellent and brand new (294 miles on the clock). Collection was straightforward and reasonably quick although there did seem an inordinate number of documents to sign. The staff were friendly and helpful both at collection and return.
The location was off airport but easy to reach via airport bus and they ran us back on our return.
I would definitely use again
