“Unfair Business”

Warning!! Do not use this remittance service in sending money to the Philippines if in case of emergency or if your recipient needs the money right away. They have that non sense 3 days clearing process even though the money has been cleared and deducted from your bank account (why they are still they holding it?). The customer service is useless, horrible and their supervisor is always unavailable. Its a big pain in your behind and stressful process. Plus the return policy will take 5 days to get back your money. So if u need that same money that u saved to be sent, then all i can say is goodluck and wait for another week. No response from email complaint and no apology either. Reported to BBB
