I normally use cheap o air. This is the first time I've used this site. My initial reservation did not go through. I immediately received a phone call from a smart fare operator.(which is great customer service) However she proceeded to tell me that the flight only had one seat left and that the cost was no longer available at $422 but $522. I thanked her for her time but let her know i would continue to look. As we were talking i booked the same flight for the same price on your sight. As a customer, the situation just left me feeling like i was being taking advantage of... a bait and switch if you will. I hope this feedback makes it to the right individual. There is so much competition out there for booking flights, obviously we the consumer will go with who is cheaper or has the best flights available for our needs. The question is ... what type of company are you beyond that? All the best
