I don't usually bother writing these, but always look at ones people have written. And I was worried about HotelTravel.com I struggled to find a hotel in Manchester City Centre on a specific Saturday night, for me and another for under £120 - this included Travelodges!So when I found a top hotel on their site for £80 inc Breakfast (£40 cheaper than the hotels own website without breakfast) i jumped on it, only later did I think to look at reviews, and oh dear, lots of negatives! So worriedly i contacted the company (only possible by email) they assured me booking was completed even though the hotel had no record at this time. They sent me full receipt, look professional. So when I arrived at the hotel... PERFECT! they had my booking, all info had been provided to the hotel, we had a LARGE room on the top floor overlooking the river. Nothing negative, so thank you hoteltravel.com, you've just earned a customer, and as someone who works with their companies events team, I will be recommending them as a hotel booker!
