“Made to feel welcome”

I felt Magnet Kitchens were out of my price range,when I was looking at new kitchens, and had initially rejected the company on an incorrect perception. However as I was passing the showroom when going elsewhere I spotted a poster in their window stating that there was a 50 % sale on. I ventured in and was immediately greeted by an immaculately presented lady who despite being 15 minutes from closing was extremely helpful. I left with brochures to pursue at home which were easy to understand and explained exactly what was on offer. I had seen an ex display kitchen and as I was having work done I returned again with my joiner and now have a lovely kitchen part of the ex display and extra pieces purchased at a very reasonable cost. Each time I went in to choose work top etc and to discuss layout I was always greeted in a friendly professional manner by all the staff and enjoyed a mug of perfectly brewed tea on each occasion.
