“What the….. Had to imput multiple times”

I like the price, but that is about it. When I called customer service, I had better rates and information from their own website, than they did. He was polite but not helpful. When attempting to purchase flight, I got bumped off the site and had to enter it all again, more than once. On one try I was told the rates expired, then I got those rates on another attempt to book.
