THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY - BE WARNED
Ordered a dining set on 1 October as the website stated that it was in stock with a 7-12 day delivery. That's where the good news ended! They e mailed me back within 2 days stating the table design had changed slightly but were still in stock and asked if I still wished to proceed. I checked my credit card statement on line and they had already taken my money without waiting for a reply! I asked if it would still be delivered within the timescale which they assured me as again they confirmed it was in stock. I heard nothing for the next 14 days and e mailed for an update. It was only then that they replied stating it wasn't in fact in stock and suggested I choose something else and they would offer a discount. I phoned and expressed my anger and discuss at the deceit and lies I was being fed. I demanded that they cancel my order and refund my card. This is when they said that they do not store credit card details and it would have be a refund by cheque? Another week went by and no cheque so I contacted them again and they said the first cheque must have "got lost" in the post and they would send another one. I asked for it to be sent recorded delivery and they said it wasn't possible but gave no reason. It was then that I started to worry about ever receiving my hard earned cash. Another week went by and no refund. It was then that I began to read other reviews that were remarkably similar to my experiences. It was then that I got my credit card company involved through the dispute resolution team. After some paperwork was completed they credited my account with a full refund within 7 days and they would pursue the company via MasterCard. A wholly stressful and never to be repeated experience. Please steer clear of them. Order at your peril!
