“Package still hasn't arrived ”

I purchased the product on 11/07/14. After checkout, there was a message that stated the product would be packaged and shipped within 5-9 business days. That was all understandable, however, it has been 10 business days since I've ordered the product, and 14 days since I've ordered the product altogether. Thinking that maybe the shipping got messed up, I re-ordered the product on 11/15/14.. approximately a week after purchasing the product originally.

I know that shipping and packaging could take some time... but why not at least email the buyer to let them know the status of their order if the package won't be arriving within the stated delivery time frame.

I'm very disappointed. Though, if the product does arrive... and it better.... I'll happily rate SOMXL with 5 stars.
