Having used Travel House in the past, l thought it would be a great idea to use them again. I had the misfortune of dealing with the most unprofessional member of stuff. Due to unforeseen circumstances l had to cancel my trip, l called the agent and was told to send an email which l did. 3 days down the line l hadn’t received a response from them. When l called the agent, l was told in no uncertain terms that the money l had paid for the booking was peanuts and if l wanted to take it up with my lawyers then l should go ahead. Now l don’t have any problem with not getting my refund even if l was clearly told that l could cancel anytime with no penalties. The agent was rude, unprofessional and clearly loved the sound of fake British accent as he wouldn’t even let me get a word in. They clearly have found a way of getting away with zero % unprofessionalism.
