“Let down”

I'm not smiling as I've now stayed in for over 4 hours waiting for my tumble dryer to be delivered which is bad enough but what makes it even worse is that I stupidly paid £19.99 for a chosen time band. I feel badly let down, apparently I've now got to wait a further one and a half hours, so over half a days holiday wasted. I will be going back to Currys/Appliances direct as they have never let me down in the past.
I phoned AO who made me go through the hoops on their auto answering machine then I had music for over 5 minutes which I was paying for the privilege to listen two, to be told they were sorry but it very rarely happens. Well I've used them once and they failed to deliver as promised so that a 100% failure in my book.
The guy on the phone said my £19.99 will be automatically be refunded, I'll expect that refund to be paid back within 24 hours has they took my money straight away.
