“Very happy with the furniture it looks stunning..”

The furniture is stunning and looks amazing in our kit hen however I was slightly disappointed in the delivery procedure and service..having received a phone call and text to say it will be delivered between 7am and 3pm I waited in all day then at 2.55pm I rang the shop to say I need to pick my children up from school so I was told yes do so because you are local you will be the last drop (why wasn't I told this?) and someone will ring you when they are 15 mins away...I reviewed a phone all whilst waiting at school to he told they are sitting outside my house and will wait for 10 mins so I quickly got my children I too the car arriving home to be told by my neighbour that they had waited all of 2 minutes then went!!!! I then had to chase someone on the phone to find out where my furniture was!!!! After 20 minutes they returned so it was a good job the furniture was worth the hassle!! We have purchased the extendable oval cross leg table with the Churchill oak chairs ...beautiful!!
