“avoid budget car rental at all cost”

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and awful company in my life. We hired a moving van in november 2013, which resulted in a disagreement as they said the spare tyre was missing, this had never been checked when we picked it up. Several months later they kept accessing my bank account and just taking money. After threatening to take them to court they returned the money but never sent a reply to my emails. Over a year later they have contacted us being very rude and demanding a lot of money just out of the blue. This company has made our lives hell. Please avoid as we along with many others have found the experience to be very unpleasant.
