After completing the online form and taking my money they then proceeded to bombard me with requests to supply them with information that I'd already given them on their online form.
When I informed them that I did not wish to waste my time by repeating this request and to please take the information from the already completed form, I appeared to become involved in an email battle of wits with and the 'customer services' person who proceeded to threaten me with policy cancellation at 17:00hrs by email whilst I was actually out using my car and would not be home before 17:00hrs.
They also claimed on their on-line service that they would 'kindly' gather my no-claims details from my previous insurers so that I didn't have to. They very reluctantly did it but only after I pointed out that they had offered this service.
I sold my car 6 months into my policy and they very 'kindly' charged me £50 to do so.
I will never use them again for anything... even if they are they were the cheapest in the world!!
