“Prompt replacement of item damaged in post”

I have been shopping with Overclockers for over 10 years and have always found their customer service to be good.
Recently one of the items I ordered turned up and was damaged in transit, a quick description of my order and picture on their excellent forums and they sent a replacement out the next day.
