Contacted them after sending phone in for assessment. High price quote for many other things other than a broken screen, which is what it went in for. Out of service, of course, like the other reviewers. Cannot send cheque or make payment online - has to be through the phone - if you can get through - i couldnt, tried twice and i was on for over half an hour each time. have emailed them 8 times over 6 weeks asking to be called - to which was sent a email saying each time that the 'customer service' team would call. they didnt and havent. Now facing taking legal action just to get my property back. What is this company like?! are they actively dishonest or just useless? Make your own mind up but my advice is avoid and report them to trading standards. I predict they will go bust or be shut down by trading standards within 6 months. Incredibly poor, service. What am I talking about there has been no service! AVOID!!
