Most disgusting, disappointing customer service ever received! First time used this sight and now understand they charge ridiculously high prices, will now use other options eg. Ticketmaster or more reputable companies than viagogo. A problem with my tickets for Lee Evans Saturday 22nd November and they are refusing to replace them even though I have bought and paid £184.00 for 2 tickets, have the reference number, seating area, sellers name, my bank account details that were used to pay for tickets and Viagogo refuse to re-issue my paper ticket that my 6 Month old baby has defaced beyond recognition accidentally. This was my husbands Christmas present that I purchased nearly a year ago and now the seats will remain empty unless Viagogo deviously sell them again which I am told they may do this now. Customer service reps were so rude and told us we were irresponsible! Avoid like the plague or you will not only be overcharged but poorly treated.
